Following are the only people who can sign on documents (Authorization Letter and Business User Agreement)
1. Local owner of the company (proof required)
2.Manager as mentioned on the trade license
3.Person holding legal power of attorney (attested by the court)
Note: No one else other than the above can sign on these documents. A partner in the company can sign only if he/she is fulfilling either condition 2 or 3.
